Meet the team

People are key to the Mecfab philosophy. Our objective has always been to provide our customers with maintenance services that exceed their expectations. Our team consists of highly trained, versatile professionals dedicated to the success of our customers.

These are the key people of Mecfab who will be assisting you in day to day operations:

Mark Cutts

With over 30 years of experience in air freight equipment maintenance and management, Mark is an engineer at heart. In 1980, straight from school, his first role as an indentured craft apprentice allowed him to crash test Jaguars. This not only taught him all about strain gauging, fatigue analysis, 3-dimensional CAD design, and component testing, but also took him to assignments all over the world.

Since 1992, he has been working in the maintenance and servicing of air freight equipment. In 2007, Mark founded Mecfab Enterprises, together with his partners, to address what they felt was a shortage of reliable maintenance providers. Mark is passionate about our people, who are at the core of our ability to understand and deliver on our customers’ requirements.

Michael Dolso

On completion of his HSC studies in 1989, Michael commenced a Mechanical Trade Certificate with Qantas Airways. He quickly moved into a team lead role, managing the maintenance program at the Sydney Freight Terminal. In 1999, Michael moved into a Coordinator’s role managing the QF Assets at the Sydney Jet Base and Freight Terminals.

After leaving Qantas in 2002, Michael established a project management company facilitating numerous projects at Sydney Airport. In 2007, he became one of the initial founding partners of Mecfab Enterprises. The company quickly became a successful, delivering maintenance and service projects to a number clients on and off the airport.

As a Director of Mecfab Enterprises, Michael focuses on solving the daily challenges of our customers.
